Where can I see my merchant statements and transactions?

 

Your merchant statements and day-to-day transaction history can only be provided to you by the acquiring bank associated to your account.

If Elavon is your acquiring bank, you can view your merchant statements and transaction information through their dedicated merchant portal, Elavon Connect.

You can also find the necessary forms required to change bank details, alongside training guides on how to get the most out of the portal.

If Global Payments are your acquiring bank, merchant statements are generated monthly and emailed to you, typically on the first or second working day of the month.

Note: Paper statements can be provided upon request for an additional charge.

Additionally, you can view all your statements through the Global Payments merchant portal.

About Global Payments merchant portal

Global Payments offer two versions of their merchant portal:


Portal Lite is a free of charge solution that enables you to view your merchant statements.

Portal Pro gives you access to a full suite of data, including merchant statements, transaction finder, and analytics tools to drill down on your card payment traffic and is a paid service.

Who is my acquirer?
 

If you're unsure who your acquiring bank is, it's included in the email we sent you at the beginning of your membership. Alternatively, you can give us a call and we'll let you know.
