How can I fix an 'alert irruption' error?

 

‘Alert Irruption’ is an error prompted as protective measure against illegal tampering. Inside your card machine there is an anti-tamper device that is triggered when the card machine:

 

    • Suffers a hard impact or is dropped
    • Gets water-damaged or liquid is spilled on it
    • Casing is attempted to be prised open


Once triggered, the device will automatically shut down the card machine to prevent any potentially fraudulent activity, and as a result, you will no longer be able to process transactions.

 

Unfortunately, if you receive an alert irruption error your card machine will need to be replaced. To arrange a replacement, please call our Customer Support team:
