So far so good..
So far so good... We have had no problems and everyone seems helpful and professional. Everything has proceeded as explained, terminal arrived on time, set up was easy, phone support spot on...rates were good Shazad explained everything well.

I had the pleasure of having Chloe…
I had the pleasure of having Chloe giving be assistance earlier today to help rectify an issue with two of our card machines. On one of them, sadly the issue itself was not able to be resolved, but we have been dispatched an entirely new machine and hopefully receive it within the next few days. And the other machine is now in working order and had all the options required for various transactions at our Hotel. I called at 8am to question a delay on…
I called at 8am to question a delay on receiving the card payments into our bank, the representatives name was Perri Mason, he took all the details and said he would contact my bank as soon as they were open to see what had happened and get back to me on my mobile. He responded within 2 hours and resolved the query, he also suggested a new contract, reducing my monthly payment and also included some free till roles. Absolute excellent service Thank you

I had a similar experience to a previous reviewer. Previously I had experienced very poor customer service from my local representative and was on the verge of cancelling my contract with RMS following months of unresolved issues. I spoke with Mohammed Miah- CS today who initially apologized for the poor service received to date from RMS, he then took the time to find out what the issues were and took prompt action to investigate and try to resolve these as speedily as possible. The level of customer service he gave was second to none and gave me faith again in RMS, he is a true credit to your company, just a shame that not all your employees have the same skills. Thank you Mohammed, it was a pleasure speaking with you today!
