This is my 4th year with RMS and I must say I have had very little problems, and the ones I have had have been dealt with very fast and efficiently. I must thank Stuart Williams for his recent help in setting up my upgraded machine when i could not get it to connect to the gps network. Stuart had me up and running again in no time with his knowledge.

I spent a considerable time today…

I spent a considerable time today trying to resolve an issue with my card machine that had been redundant for a while and had not had software updates that had delayed a significant payment. The technical person I spoke to was Ionut Jarlaianu and he was professional and patient and telephoned back exactly on the time he arranged on several occasions. A competent professional and I was very satisfied.

A quick fix?

When I phoned at 2.30 pm we thought it was going to be a trivial tech problem soon resolved....not to be ! After an operation on the plugs and into the back of the terminal we went for the full programme of solutions for roughly 3 hours for the problem still not to be resolved. We agreed on a new machine to arrive Monday ,after a download of new updates,still nothing. A bit disappointed and worried about losing possible customers we agreed it would be the best option. This morning however after one last try `just to see` it worked perfectly and has done, crossed fingers, continues to do so! I really commend Alysia for her patience and professional expertise in dealing with me. A long afternoon explaining and pushing buttons and information really tested us. Well done !! Wouldn't hesitate to ring for advice again....lets hope I don't have to!!
