I spoke with Isobelle Brice because we had a problem with the terminal in one of our branches. I could not have spoken with a more helpful and pleasant young lady. Expecting a battle, she calmed me down, resolved my issue and even upgraded all the terminals across all of our sites for a better value deal than we currently had.
