If your card machine develops a fault, it can be incredibly frustrating. Our Customer Support team will always try and fix it over the phone with you in the first instance, but in the case where it can’t be fixed, we will replace it by the next working day.


For technical faults, you are covered on warranty and there is no charge for a replacement. If your card machine breaks down or gets damaged as a result of loss, theft or malicious damage, it is not covered by warranty, and you will be charged for the cost of a replacement.


If the fault is reported to us before 3 pm on a business day, we’ll deliver a new machine to you the next day.


If the fault is reported to us after 3 pm, it will be delivered within two business days.
