Had to call 3 times over a 2 day period and was impresed with the excellent customer service received from the staff on each occasion. Our card machine had decided to play up and a replacement was here the very next day! We get calls from other companies offering the same service and would not even consider transferring our business. During my first call we were offered an amzing new deal if we signed a new contract and we didn't hesitate. Thanks Retail Merchant Services - you should be very proud of your staff.

Great customer service by Charlie!
Had some issue with our card machine, it glitches at times which is very frustrating however spoke with Charlie Dance and she was fantastic, very helpful and sorted and updated the machine with me, and I really enjoyed speaking to her during the whole thing. To be honest this 5 star review is more based on my experience with Charlie than RMS themselves, though whenever I have needed help I can get through and have got help quickly which is in itself good. Just need to get on with the cards updating themselves, if we don't know there is a problem until a glitch then have to call RMS rather than other way round I do not think that is great and would have given a lower rating if not for Charlie! So thank you Charlie!! All the best for the future! :-)

you need to cancel with your old card…
you need to cancel with your old card company yourself ! RMS does not do that for you! You need to cancel your contract in advance when near the end,and cancel for the end of it,thats if you want to get out of the contract, but good thing about your contract is your charges stays the same and cannot rise. so just everyone be aware of what you need to do or ring and ask and no point in giving out because you broke contract , its actually cheaper to pay your monthly fee if your business was closing down then cancel before your contract ends. Knowledge is power in my books,knowing what you can and can't do.Ask questions before you do things is best,some people don't seem to be sure of how a contract works so I hope this helps! And there is also a 1.5 year contract also that i was offered but I went with the 3 year contract as I was happy with the deal I got after finding out what other card companies were charging. I spoke to Jade Robinson-Smith over the phone after receiving my new ingenico card machine to get it set up as I did not know how to! I have to say this lady was so helpful and knew her stuff! I was up and running in no time at all and explained how to work the machine and she was very pleasant and patient . She also said to call back anytime or email if I needed help at anytime!
