Free next day replacement card machine
If your card payment machine develops a fault, it can be incredibly frustrating. Our customer service team will always try and fix it over the phone with you, but in case it can’t be fixed, we will replace it by the next day free of charge.
If the fault is reported to us by 3 PM on a business day, we’ll deliver a new machine to you the next day.
If the fault is reported after 3 PM, it will be delivered the following business day.
