Changing your Address 

In order to change your address or bank details, you need to download and complete one of the forms below depending on which acquirer you are with and send it to SalesSupport@retailmerchantservices.co.uk with the Subject line "Change of Address and <YOUR MID number>"

Changing your Bank Details 

If you wish to change your bank details, we also need to establish if you need to change the legal entity of your business, for example:

Changing from a Sole Trader to a Limited Company.

The easiest way to establish this is to check the account name on your bank account, e.g.

  • Mr James Bond or James Bond T/A Universal Exports – Sole Trader
  • Mr James Bond & Mrs Mary Bond or James Bond & Mary Bond T/A Universal Exports - Partnership
  • James Bond Limited – Limited Company
