Our Business Development Managers make the process of becoming PCI compliant easy and straightforward, they can give you guidance and advice on how to complete the questionnaire and they will even post it on your behalf.
If you are an existing member of Retail Merchant Services the easiest way to become PCI compliant is to visit the online PCI compliance questionnaire. All existing members will be sent the details of this online system very soon. Any member who does not have access to the internet can also request a paper-copy of the PCI compliance questionnaire.
How long does PCI compliance last?
You can remain PCI compliant forever by following basic security procedures in your day to day business routine, however we are required to check that you remain PCI compliant every year and we will send every member an appropriate reminder to renew their compliance questionnaire before the appropriate renewal date.

The Payment Card Industry Security Council is governed by the major card schemes like Visa and MasterCard.
